Job summary

Nomad Global Communications Solutions is seeking an entry-level IT Installation Technician I to install and configure IT hardware according to CAD and engineering specifications. You will perform cable pulls, data rack work, and equipment mounting while ensuring system integrity and safety.

Applicants should have a basic understanding of electronics, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks across diverse work environments.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers and electronics, multiband radios, and A/V systems.
• Experience or familiarity with reading technical diagrams or drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT hardware per CAD/engineering specs.
• Perform cable pulls, data rack installation, and equipment mounting.
• Terminate cables and test data, audio, and radio wiring for system integrity.
• Learn electrical concepts and follow wiring diagrams for 120VAC and 12VDC.
• Collaborate with IT and Electrical teams and follow safety procedures.
