Job summary

ServiceSource, a champion for people with disabilities, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I in Utah to ensure proper computer operation so end users can accomplish business tasks. You will handle incoming requests, document and resolve incidents, and provide hands-on desktop support on-site, while adhering to SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years IT experience required.
• IT certifications preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones; resolve software/hardware issues.
• Provide on-site and remote assistance; respond to end-user questions; escalate when needed.
• Follow SOPs for asset management and ticketing; document actions and resolutions.
• Assist with assigning tickets and managing the Service Desk.
• Maintain knowledge bases and user guides for end users.
