Job summary

TVS is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm in Atlanta, GA, seeking a talented entry level design professional with 0-5 years of interior design experience to join our team. You will contribute to small projects and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across workplace interiors, hospitality, and education sectors.

The role emphasizes hands-on design development, proficiency in Revit and rendering tools, and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited college or university.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other rendering programs is preferred.
• Ability to network within the industry.
• Knowledge of materials, project design, and introductory knowledge of construction documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner.
• Ability to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learn and mentor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• On track for future professional licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform design layouts and features for small projects or sections of larger projects.
• Research and compile information for assigned project work.
• Engage and contribute to project opportunities as part of a larger project team.
• May take on leadership of smaller projects under the guidance of a seasoned professional.
• Develop technical and functional skills in related technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp.
• Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm.
• Build and maintain a network of connections within the industry; attend events central to the firm's strengths and goals.
• Any other duties as assigned.
