Pronto Insurance is hiring Sales Agents in Texas. The role offers an hourly base pay with uncapped commissions and sales incentives. Full-time shifts may include weekends and holidays.

Fully paid training and licensing assistance are provided, with no prior insurance experience required to apply. You will sell company products, review performance metrics, conduct local marketing, and foster strong client relationships across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry is necessary to capture accurate client information quickly.

Responsabilités

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads from marketing events.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue and foster customer appreciation.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on quotes, and process renewals.
• Ensure all underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Provide fast, attentive customer service, including processing client payments.
• Handle end-of-shift financial tasks and balance deposits.
• Keep the agency environment stocked with marketing materials and supplies.
• Travel to various store locations as operationally needed.
