Elite Allstate Agency is seeking an Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative in North Canton, OH. This full-time role focuses on selling, marketing, and servicing insurance products for existing clients and new customers.

Salary plus commission and bonuses with paid training. Mon-Fri schedule, evenings off, and benefits including health, vision, and life insurance. Candidates with prior sales experience are preferred and licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License is a bonus, but if willing to get licensed all applicants will be considered
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet business production goals and objectives
• Call and follow up on provided leads to close business
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client's needs
• Educate clients on insurance coverages
• Consistent follow up with clients is required
• Must have drive and ambition to succeed
• Must have the "never give up attitude"
