True North Group LLC is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to own a local territory and build a book of business in Augusta, GA. You’ll set appointments, present insurance options to business owners, and log activities in Salesforce while receiving hands-on training and weekly draw pay.

You’ll nurture relationships, qualify prospects, and grow through referrals, with licensing support and clear career advancement paths in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; will train from ground up.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with business owners.
• Strong organizational skills and self-driven work ethic are essential.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life general lines license within 90 days; licensing reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Visit storefronts, offices, and industrial parks to engage decision-makers and introduce insurance solutions.
• Lead open-forum presentations for employee groups (15–75 attendees) and explain benefits clearly.
• Use Salesforce CRM to log interactions, track follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prospect and grow the book of business through cold calls and referrals; follow up on leads.
• Provide ongoing support from coverage questions to guiding clients through claims; report weekly activities.
