Advantixx Insurance Group in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Producer. No license is required to apply; you’ll receive licensing assistance and hands-on training toward Nevada Property & Casualty licensure, with supervision as you learn our products, sales process, and service standards.

You’ll work with leads, identify customer needs, present solutions, and build relationships.

Qualifications

• No insurance license is required to apply.
• Commitment and ability to obtain the required Nevada insurance license within the agency’s expected timeframe.
• Strong communication, customer-service, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and coachable.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working toward measurable goals.
• Sales, customer service, banking, real estate, healthcare, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete licensing preparation and training.
• Learn to identify customer needs and explain appropriate insurance solutions clearly.
• Contact and follow up with agency-provided leads and prospective customers.
• Support quote preparation and customer conversations under supervision and licensing rules.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and customer records in agency systems.
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Meet training, activity, service, and sales expectations as you progress.
• After licensing and appointments, quote and sell eligible Auto, Home, Renters, Business, Life, and other products.
