Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance defense litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Support partners and senior associates with depositions, discovery, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Gain exposure to premises liability, auto and trucking claims, construction defects, fire losses, subrogation, and coverage disputes.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys and receive structured training and guidance.
