My Agency in Arlington, TX, seeks an Entry-Level Insurance Account Representative to help customers understand options, identify needs, and connect them with insurance products and services. You will learn State Farm products, agency processes, and licensing while building relationships through calls, texts, and in-person meetings.

No prior insurance experience required; we provide training, coaching, and support to help you start a professional career in insurance, customer service, or sales

Qualifications

• Insurance experience is not required; training and licensing support provided.
• Ability to learn agency processes, products, and licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
• Comfort with outbound calls and multi-channel outreach.
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to grow earning potential.

Responsabilités

• Connect with prospective and current customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s situation and insurance needs.
• Develop leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers and help build lasting relationships.
• Introduce customers to relevant insurance products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Assist with general questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development.
• Work toward individual and agency activity goals.
