The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the potential to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
