North Central Insulation in Willard, OH is hiring as an Insulation Installer. You’ll start with paid training at $20.25 per hour and learn from experienced installers.

After training, earnings shift to a performance-based pay system with typical earnings between $30 and $38+ per hour, depending on productivity. We offer full-time, year-round work, paid holidays, insurance benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated work areas, and outdoor conditions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (drug-free workplace).

Responsibilities

• Install insulation and air-sealing systems on residential and commercial projects.
• Load materials and travel to job sites in company vehicles.
• Operate hand and power tools and insulation equipment.
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when necessary.
• Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company installation standards.
• Attend safety meetings and follow company procedures.
• Perform vehicle inspections and care for company equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to ensure quality completion.

You’ll begin your paid training at $20.25 per hour while learning alongside experienced installers. After completing training, you’ll transition into our performance‑based pay system. Experienced installers regularly earn between $30 and $38+ per hour through our performance-based pay system. Individual earnings depend on productivity, quality of work, and experience. What You'll Do

As an Insulation Installer, you'll work on residential and commercial construction projects installing insulation and air‑sealing systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities include:

• Installing fiberglass, cellulose, and spray-applied insulation products
• Air sealing homes and commercial buildings
• Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
• Working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when necessary
• Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
• Participating in safety meetings and following company safety procedures
• Performing vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
• Communicating with supervisors and teammates to ensure every project is completed correctly
