North Central Insulation in Washington-Courthouse, Ohio is hiring entry level insulation installers. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour during training, with top installers earning $28+ per hour after training.

Qualifications

• Dependable team members who take pride in their work.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation products in homes and commercial buildings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment.
• Load materials and travel to job sites in company vehicles.
• Work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed.
• Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company installation standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain safe practices.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and care for equipment.
• Communicate with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes.
