Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Inspector to be based in Rocky Hill, CT. This role involves field inspections, monitoring quality and code conformance, and maintaining inspection records.

The position requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; relocation sponsorship is not offered. Some projects may require flexible hours or overnight work, and prior roadway inspection experience is a plus. This is an on-site role with the Transportation business line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• US Valid Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed for projects, including overnight work.
• Previous roadway / transportation-related construction and/or inspection experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
