TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
No Prior Pest Control Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive training and pay for your licensing!
No Prior Sales Experience Required: We value a positive attitude and ambition over experience; every new sales rep goes through our well-established and proven sales training program, giving you the tools to be successful.
If You Already Have Sales Experience: Training is provided on our processes so you can hit the ground running!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound Lead Handling: You will make the first impression for anyone interested in our services by taking inbound calls and web forms.
- Relationship-Focused Selling: Our customers call in with a myriad of pest issues and there’s no one-size-fits-all all way to handle each call. Our representatives focus on getting to know our customers and their needs to deliver them the best solution for their issue.
- Call Volume: Between taking inbound leads, following up on existing leads, and reaching out to leads lists, inside sales representatives should be making between 30 and 50 calls per day.
- Coachability and Positive Attitude: A great salesperson is someone who’s not afraid to fail, take feedback, and get back up again. Eagerness to learn and change are vital in this role.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of Natran Green Pest Control.
QUALIFICATIONS
- People Skills: Proven track record of success in customer-oriented roles, whether that be traditional sales or other people-centric positions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of our services clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Our industry is ever-changing and evolving. A hunger to learn and grow during training and for the duration of your career is vital to this role.
- Technology Proficiency: Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and proficient with CRM software, Google Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Passion: A genuine desire to improve the lives of the people around us and sincere interest our eco-friendly and health-conscious products.
