The ideal candidates are motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn. You will work under supervision to develop basic insulation skills, follow safety rules, and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• Willingness to read and interpret instructions and documents.
• Plan and perform work activities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Move materials and equipment to work locations and set up work site.
• Cut and install insulation and protective coverings.
• Compliance with all safety and project rules, including PPE.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing, background, and MVR checks.
• Must be able to follow company safety rules and policies.
