Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Research).
• Ability to travel weekly as outlined above.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both frontline and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and methods analysis at client facilities.
• Develop engineered labor standards and configure them within labor management systems.
• Author SOPs, training materials, process adherence audits, and supervisor coaching tools.
• Analyze WMS and productivity data to identify and quantify performance gaps against standard.
• Support Continuum managers, firm leadership, and clients on assessment, facility design, network strategy, and due diligence engagements.
• Develop and present findings and recommendations to client leadership.
