Welding and Stamping Manufacturing Company is seeking an entry‑level Industrial Engineer to support daily operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes hands‑on experience in manufacturing processes, data analysis, and process improvement.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the eligible engineering fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Analyze production performance, downtime, scrap, and operational trends.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation.
• Assist with process improvements focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Assist with implementation of operational and engineering changes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
