Job summary

Advanced Technology Services, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Industrial Electronics Repair Technician in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on repairing entry-level equipment at the component level and developing technical skills through hands-on training and assignments.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees; basic algebra and geometry; follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Repair entry-level equipment at component level.
• Build and document test development for simple electronic assemblies.
• Improve technical skills through on-the-job training and projects.
• Communicate with customers as needed.
• Maintain fixtures and complete service paperwork under supervision.
• Support quality initiatives and maintain safe work practices.
