Enerflex Ltd. is seeking an entry-level assembler to help assemble industrial equipment and components in a fast-paced environment in the United States. You will follow HSE guidelines, interpret diagrams, handle rigs and lifting tools, and participate in continuous improvement with the team.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, English communication, and basic math skills. OSHA compliance is essential, with opportunities to work with forklifts, man lifts, and tack welding as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet OSHA regulations
• Ability to communicate in English
• Knowledge of Forklift and Man Lift

Responsibilities

• Follows all HSE guidelines and procedures
• Assist installation of major components and engines
• Interpret schematic diagrams for component installation
• Operate hoist and lifting equipment
• Read tape measure and perform basic math
• Tack weld as required
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and equipment
• Collaborate with team to improve processes
• Participate in meetings and continuous improvement activities
