Latitude Legal is seeking an in-house Real Estate & Project Development Attorney in Columbia/Spring Hill, Tennessee. This opportunity targets attorneys with 1–3 years of law firm experience seeking a stable in-house role within an established company.

Training will be on the job with exposure to contracts, HIPAA, and data privacy terms; additional education will be paid for by the company (CCEP/CHC) through HCCA programs.

Latitude is working with a company that provides a rare in‑house opportunity for an attorney with only a few years of experience who is ready to settle into an in‑house role with an established company. While much of the training will be on the job, some exposure to and working knowledge of contracts, HIPAA, and data privacy is necessary. Moreover, additional education will be paid for by the company for CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) and/or CHC (Certified Healthcare Compliance); classes offered through HCCA (Healthcare Compliance Academy).

The ideal candidate will be able to work an on‑site schedule in Columbia/Spring Hill, TN.

Basic Requirements for the In‑House Real Estate & Project Development Attorney

Position Details of the In‑House Real Estate & Project Development Attorney

Type of role: Permanent

Schedule: Full‑time

Location: Columbia/Spring Hill, TN

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $90,000 plus bonus. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
