• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Preferred experience with general ledger and accounts payable duties.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills across teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and related journal entries.
• Post journal entries and deposit checks to the bank.
• Handle accounts receivable posting and account reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audit documentation collection.
• Provide backup support to other finance staff as needed.
