The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs, and eager to learn. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance into other departments such as Service or Install.

This is a flexible, team-oriented role that supports our warehouse, field technicians, and operations team—and offers a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Load, and unload equipment and materials safely
• Assist with proper disposal of materials and job site cleanup
• Support technicians, installers and supervisors with daily operational needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 60lbs.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Previous construction experience
