Position Overview

We are hiring Entry-Level HVAC Installers/Helpers who want to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. We'll provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance. You'll assist experienced installers on job sites and gain valuable skills while contributing to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and equipment
• Load/unload materials, tools, and supplies
• Support jobsite preparation and clean-up
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Follow instructions from the foremen and lead installers
• Learn to read blueprints and use HVAC tools and instruments
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the HVAC trade is preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude or construction experience is a plus
• Ability to work on ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and handle physical tasks
• Dependability and punctuality - we count on our team
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
