Job summary

Cool Techs Heating and Air is seeking a residential HVAC installer to join a family-owned company that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and career development. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, following plans and codes to ensure proper operation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, system layouts, and blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and system layouts to support safe, code-compliant installations.
• Help complete installation projects accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Test newly installed equipment and assist with adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Coordinate with lead installers and other team members throughout each project.
• Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Communicate professionally and help create a positive customer experience.
• Properly maintain and organize company tools, equipment, and materials.
