Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline is required.
- At least 1 year of building-design experience under a Professional Engineer.
- Candidates should have or plan to obtain EIT certification.
- HVAC design experience and familiarity with building design and construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial and institutional buildings.
- Produce construction documents using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
- Support projects through field surveys, coordination, and RFI/submittal reviews.
- Provide construction administration and energy compliance support.
- Collaborate with clients and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
