Organogenesis is seeking an entry-level Production Associate in Human Tissue Manufacturing (HTM) in Norwood, MA. The role involves performing HTM production tasks under supervision in a cGMP compliant environment, including layer separation, cleaning, spreading, cutting, milling, and packaging of HTM products.

You will prepare media, review batch records, maintain equipment and inventory, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Biotechnology preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Aseptic technique and clean room protocol experience a plus.
• Ability to operate general lab equipment and familiarity with balances, pipettes, stir bases, and heat sealers.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks for HTM products with supervision, per SOPs and cGMP.
• Prepare media for production processes under supervision.
• Review batch records for completeness and accuracy and compliance with protocols.
• Maintain all equipment records.
• Perform tasks adhering to safety policies, including bloodborne pathogen handling.
• Maintain supply inventory as directed by the production schedule.
• Write deviation and corrective/preventive action reports as necessary.
