Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a GMP Associate I to support manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. You will operate equipment, pack products, and resolve basic HMI faults, while following GMP, GDP, and cleanroom protocols in a lean, team-driven environment.

You will contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen, and must be able to stand for extended periods and wear cleanroom PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HMI systems and cleanroom procedures a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to wear full cleanroom PPE.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Adhere to GMP/GDP and cleanroom protocols; maintain documentation.
• Load and operate equipment; monitor material levels; manage GDP paperwork.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and workspace.
• Support lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and complete required lean training.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and other teams to meet production goals.
