HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking a food service team member to help with routine kitchen duties, including food preparation, serving in the cafeteria and patient rooms, and tray assembly. You will operate the dishwasher, maintain cleanliness, and assist with restocking and dishwashing while ensuring safety precautions are followed.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. This role is based in Bradenton, FL, with benefits and opportunities to grow within the hospital food

Responsabilités

• You will perform routine duties related to preparation and serving of food.
• You will prepare food for cooking by washing, peeling, shredding, slicing, and mixing various food items.
• You will operate dishwasher or assist with washing/sterilizing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, etc.
• You will clean kitchen work areas, collect and dispose of garbage.
• You will assist with food stocking.
• You will serve food in cafeteria for visitors and staff and in patient room.
• You will work in the dish room when needed.
• You will work on patient tray assembly line following menu directives for determining food items for each tray.
• You will follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
