Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate diet order information to ensure patients receive appropriate meals.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishware, equipment and work areas.
• Delivers trays to patients and assists with tray assembly.
• Operates kitchen equipment and assists with food preparation and stocking.
• Ensures sanitation logs and temperature checks are properly maintained.
• Assists with setup, serving and removal of food from counters and stations.
