Job summary

TEKsystems in Irving, TX is hiring for an Entry-Level IT Support role with on-the-job training. This contract position runs Friday through Monday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST, offering hands-on tech experience for those breaking into IT.

You will respond to IT tickets, assist end users by phone, email, chat and in person, and troubleshoot common issues while learning from seasoned technicians in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
