Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry level ROI associate in Turlock, CA to process medical record requests and ensure HIPAA compliance. You will handle patient information requests, manage records, and support the workflow using multiple platforms while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, strong English communication, Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to work onsite with flexibility for overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with medical records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests in compliance with policies and HIPAA.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Operate facility software and stay current with systems.
• Respond to internal and external requests for records and route accordingly.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with walk-ins as needed.
