The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Entry Level Gutter Installer. You will join a growing local team and participate in exterior gutter installation projects with on-the-job training and support from experienced crew members.

No prior gutter experience is required; we value a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork. The role offers training, opportunities for advancement, and a culture focused on quality service and community improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred.
• 2 years of exterior home improvement, carpentry, or related construction experience is a plus but not required.

The ideal Entry Level Gutter Installer candidate will possess:

• Positive attitude
• Desire to grow with the company
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• 2 years of exterior home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
• A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
• A great sense of humor
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

The minimum requirements are:

• valid driver's license
