Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Lancaster is seeking an entry level Gutter Installer to join our team in Lancaster, PA. You will support exterior gutter installations under supervision and learn our installation methods and safety practices. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.

No prior gutter experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential. This role offers outdoor work year-round and opportunities for advancement through our Skills

Qualifications

• valid driver's license and 18 years of age
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Experience in exterior home improvement is a plus but not required
• OSHA certification and ladder safety training preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist gutter installation tasks on outdoor jobs
• Work with a team to complete installations safely and efficiently
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

The ideal Entry Level Gutter Installer candidate will possess:

Positive attitude

Desire to grow with the company

Team player

Excellent communication skills

2 years of exterior home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons

Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!

A desire to establish a positive work culture for all

A great sense of humor

OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

The minimum requirements are:
