Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to monitor real-time alerts and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center. You will manage access and security systems to keep operations running smoothly and coordinate emergency responses across internal teams and emergency services.

You will respond to issues using video feeds and system data, helping to restore normal operations quickly. Relocation to Madison, WI is required with relocation assistance provided.

Job description

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You'll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you'll ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
