MY Shower Door in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Glass Installation Technician to perform on-site installations of custom frameless glass shower enclosures as part of a two-person team.

You will work directly with customers to explain the installation, ensure precision and watertight finishes, and follow safety and quality standards. The role offers training, growth, and a path to a skilled trade within a growing local company.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately.
• Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care.
• Work in a two-person team to complete installations on-site.
• Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions.
• Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes.
• Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs).
• Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes.
• Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes.
• Follow company safety and quality standards on every job.
