The position emphasizes learning, collaboration, and career development within a strong, employee-owned culture. Bachelor's in civil/geotechnical engineering or related field is required, with EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Mining, or related field.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or on track to obtain with the desire to pursue PE licensure.
• Interest in geotechnical solutions with field and analytical focus.
• Basic technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Investigations & Exploration: conduct fieldwork including soil borings, drilling oversight, monitoring well installation and sample collection.
• Data Analysis & Technical Support: analyze subsurface conditions, support lab programs, interpret geological data and assist evaluations.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare data tables, figures, and graphical presentations and write clear technical reports.
• Construction & Environmental Inspections: perform inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication: coordinate with drilling contractors, labs, vendors, and project team; communicate with clients.
