Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity focusing on hands-on work in hot outdoor conditions.
• Prior hands-on or construction-related experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record is required.
• Trade school or technical training is a plus, not a substitute for hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with generator installations, maintenance, and service.
• Help technicians diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Handle tools, materials, parts, and equipment on jobsites.
• Perform basic jobsite preparation and cleanup.
• Support quality-control inspections and service work.
• Follow electrical, equipment, and jobsite safety procedures.
• Learn generator systems, components, and installation practices.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
