Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an entry-level assembler to support general assembly lines. You will follow routers and inspect kits, using basic hand tools to build subassemblies while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role includes overtime as required and involvement with minimal process changes. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of mechanical/electronic assembly experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work safely under PPE and other safety guidelines.
• Assemble parts to form subassemblies.
• Meet production requirements and quotas.
• Produce quality subassemblies or units.
• Use hand tools and small power tools efficiently.
• Prepare workstation and leave it clean after shift.
• Meet expectations after training.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental operations.
• Do not deviate from the process.
