The position emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include reviewing documents, maintaining organization, and collaborating with paralegals and attorneys to meet monthly production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years customer service or clerical experience; legal collections experience preferred.
• Strong data entry, organization, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read, review, and file legal documents including garnishments and turnover orders.
• Maintain a clean inventory by clearing backlogs and updating statuses.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and attorneys to meet monthly goals.
• Identify issues, support SOP improvements, and learn evolving processes.
