The position involves daily and monthly fund accounting, reconciliations, audit support, and preparation of fund-level information, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field is required.
• 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, lookups).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly fund accounting activities for assigned funds.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain GL activity.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Conduct cash, bank, investment, and position reconciliations.
• Record investment transactions, income, expenses, and fund activity.
• Assist with NAV calculations and related fund reporting.
• Track capital activity (contributions, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions).
• Prepare financial statements and investor reporting.
• Maintain supporting schedules and assist auditors as needed.
