Daily’s Premium Meats is seeking an entry level Food Safety & Quality Assurance Associate I to help ensure food safety and quality standards in our processing plant. You will perform pre-operational inspections, in-process and final product checks, and document findings in FSQA records in accordance with HACCP and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include verifying product temperatures, weights, labeling, metal detection, and adherence to SSOPs, reporting issues, and supporting corrective

Formación

• Certified in one production department.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of GMPs, USDA guidelines, HACCP regulations and company policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse people.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-operational and operational sanitary inspection of production and auxiliary areas in the plant.
• Verify product temperatures, weight checks, label verification, metal detection and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, SSOP, and company policies; report issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Document inspections accurately in FSQA records and support plant objectives.
