Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to deliver a smooth checkout experience and friendly customer service. You will rotate between transactions, bagging, and front-end upkeep to keep the area efficient and welcoming for shoppers.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth, weekly tasks, and involvement in daily store operations. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions at checkout accurately (cash, card, digital payments)
• Assist customers and provide friendly service at the front-end
• Bag groceries and help with cart retrieval and stocking
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and follow store procedures
