Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements).
• Completion of company cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth checkout experience and ensure a positive customer interaction.
• Process purchases accurately across cash, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end and assist with bagging, carts, stocking.
• Respond to pricing, transaction, or customer-service questions as needed.
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures; adapt to changing flow.
