Qualifications

• No prior forklift experience required; on-site training and certification provided.
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift and move pallets efficiently.
• Attention to pallet quality, inventory accuracy, and safe workspace practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, organize, and load/unload pallets in and out of trailers and designated areas.
• Perform manual sortation of pallets by criteria such as color, manufacturer, and damage levels.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift and manage refueling or charging.
• Verify and complete load documentation and maintain inventory/quality records.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and meet production rate targets.
