Job summary

Technology Security Associates, Inc. is seeking a Jr Foreign Disclosure Analyst to support a NAVAIR program at Patuxent River, MD.

You will assist the Foreign Disclosure Office in policy development and release decisions for international customers, and help process licenses with the International Programs team. The role requires an HS Diploma, the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 1 year of experience in Foreign Disclosure, FMS cases, or export/import logistics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of DoD program acquisition is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analytical support for the Foreign Disclosure Office in developing policies and procedures for releasing information to international customers.
• Assist International Programs team in processing licenses and tracking case status and schedules.
• Collect and interpret technical information related to system acquisition and ITAR licensing.
• Research disclosure policy and ensure compliance with National Disclosure Policy, TTSARB, DTA, and Export Licenses.
• Stay informed about system configurations and capabilities for FMS customers.
• Review documents for releasability and provide feedback to document owners on questions or sanitization needs.
• Maintain a document tracker for Foreign Disclosure review statuses.
• Upload documents into the NAVAIR 7.4 Security Storefront and attach the 7 Golden Questions form.
