Job summary

Grady Rentals LLC is seeking an entry-level Flowback Operator I to support field operations under close supervision. This hands-on role focuses on safety, equipment handling, and learning flowback procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with rig-up/down, monitoring tank levels and pressure, and following SSE training and EAP protocols. On-site training will build foundational skills for a career in field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures.
• Basic understanding of fluid dynamics and equipment operation (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist with rig-up and rig-down procedures.
• Learn to identify and spot moving equipment.
• Perform basic flowback tasks under supervision.
• Operate and manage fluid tank levels and pressure equipment safely.
• Assist in dumping sand separators, weighing sand, and hourly water readings.
• Learn to obtain a 5-minute strap for accurate measurement.
