Entry-Level Florist

We are a thriving floral shop located in the bustling city of Los Angeles, and we are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Florist. As an Entry-Level Florist, you will work closely with our experienced florists to learn the ins and outs of creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. You will assist with preparing, arranging, and delivering flowers while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a strong sense of creativity. You should also possess strong communication skills as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.

While previous experience in floristry is not required, some basic knowledge of flowers and plant care is preferred. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate who shows dedication, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month. As an entry-level role, we offer room for growth within our company for individuals who demonstrate exceptional performance.
