Job summary

Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at client locations. You will operate floor machines, vacuum, sweep, and assist with restroom cleaning under limited supervision, representing Carlson in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities include quality checks, possible new hire training, and weekend availability to support store schedules.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• Ability to regularly lift 45 pounds.
• Must be able to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by the needs of the position.
• Vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
