Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at Carlson client locations. You will operate floor machines, sweep, vacuum, and assist with training new hires under limited supervision.

This role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, and the physical stamina to lift up to 45 pounds and work night or early morning shifts as needed.
