Penske Truck Leasing in Alexandria, VA is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You’ll fuel, wash and prep vehicles to meet safety standards before road use. You’ll greet customers and support the service team in daily readiness tasks.

No experience required; training provided to learn Penske processes and maintenance tooling. This role offers a steady schedule Tuesday–Friday 2:30pm–11pm and Saturday 6am–2:30pm, with a competitive starting pay and shift premium. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections including tires and fluids.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs under supervision.
